ujihisa (@ujm) works as a developer for Hoot Suite in Vancouver, Canada. In 2009, he gave a presentation at RubyConf entitled Hacking Parse.y. He'll also be hosting a Vim Conference on November 17th.
Cerego Japan has been a big help in agreeing to host this event at the last minute. It will be held in their new office, so please note the updated address if you've visited them before.
